I graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2001 and began practicing on the lower Eastern Shore. Then, with the support of my family, I completed my doctorate program at Arcadia University in 2013. My husband and I decided to remain on the Eastern Shore and raise our family in the Salisbury area. I have practice in the orthopaedic outpatient setting throughout my career, working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with a variety of orthopaedic conditions and have received extended training in manual therapy and treatment of spinal disorders.
I believe people tend to begin physical therapy because their symptoms are interfering with the performance of job duties, sports, recreation, or simply performing daily activities. I enjoy watching the transition as they gradually return to their lives with less pain and restrictions.
